Guddiga Xaaladda Degdegga ah oo uu hogaaminayo Guddoomiyaha Guddiga
Ahmed
Jamac Jangeli ayaa soo gaadhsiiyey webabka Somalida baaqan loogu
talagalay
saxaafadda. Baaqani waxa uu ugu baaqayaa maamulka Riyaale kala baxo
ciidamadiisa degaamada Puntland gaar ahaan gobolada SSC. Riyaale waxa
uu ku
jiraa 100km oo ah dhulka Puntland sida ku qoran baaqa.
Waxa kale oo baaqu xasuusinayaa Riyaale in uu ka mas'uul yahay dhibaato
kasta oo ka dhalata degaamadaas. " Xaq waxaad u leedahay maamulka
Riyaalow
inaad dhulkaaga dawlad iyo nidaamkaad doonto ka samaysato." ayaa baaqu
u soo
jeediyey Riyaale. Isla markaana waxaa ku cad bayaanka in gobolada SSC
aanay
weligood ka mid ahayn, kana mid noqon doonin waxa ay maamulka Riyaale
ugu
yeedhaan Somaliland.
Waxa kale oo baaqu uu mahad ballaadhan u soo jeedinayaa mawqifka
midowga
Africa, Midowga Yurub, Jaamacadda Carabta, Qaramada Midoobay iyo
bulshada
caalamka sida ay u dhawreen xuduudaha dawladaha adduunka.
Ugu dambayntii waxa baaqu uu mahad ballaadhan u soo jeedinayaa sabirka,
u
dhabar adayga, iyo xal u raadinta shirka dib u heshiisiinta Somalida ee
ka
socda Nairobi. Waana kan baaqii oo dhammaystiran iyo xubnihii guddiga
oo ku
saxeexan.

Press Release:
Riyale's Administration is urged to Withdraw its Militia from Sool,
Sanaag
and Ain Regions of Puntland:
We, the Executive Committee of the Diaspora Community of Sool, Sanaag
and
Ain regions of Puntland, Somalia, are demanding the withdrawal of Dahir
Riyale's Militia from our territories who are 100 kilometers inside the
traditional lands of the Dhulbahante Sub-clan of Harti as soon as
possible
and that the responsibility of death, destruction and the havoc that
will
ensue will be squarely on the shoulders' of Mr. Riyale and his cohorts.
Dahir Riyale's administration in Northwest Somalia has the right to
claim
their own clan territory and establish whatever system of government
they
for their people. However, we would like to set the record straight,
probably for the thousandth time, that the people of Sool, Sanaag and
Ain
had never been, are not and will never be part of the So- called
"Somaliland".
We are pleased with the positions of the African Union, European Union,
Arab
League, United Nations and the international community at large in the
inviolability of the national boundaries, sovereignty, territorial
integrity, unity and statehood of the contemporary nation-states at
this
time. We can not over emphasize the outcome of the Pandora boxes that
will
flood the geopolitical landscape of the world, if the cacophony and the
tribal or clannish mentality of secession are given a breathing space,
until
a democratically elected government is agreed upon.
Furthermore, we are grateful for the efforts by the international
community's patience, perseverance and resolve in helping and funding
the on
going reconciliation process Somalis, that is taking place in Nairobi,
Kenya.
The Executive Committee:
Ambassador Ahmed Jama Jengeli Chairman
Ambassador Mohamoud Haji Nur Deputy Chairman
Excellency Abdullahi Mohamed Mire Deputy Chairman
Professor Farah Hussein Gedle Deputy Chairman
